Exchange and return
You can return items purchased from us within 60 days free of charge to us as long as they are still new and unworn. Since we sell our customers only sell impeccable, as-new goods to our customers, we can only accept such goods as As returns. Please make sure not to detach or remove any labels that have been or remove them. The exchange period applies to regular merchandise as well as to reduced Special offer items from the SALE.
If you have not been able to return items within the 60-day period, please contact us please contact us. We usually find a solution together.
Exchange of an item
Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We will gladly exchange your item for you in the the right size for you. For this purpose, please simply note your exchange request on the Invoice and enclose it with your return. After we have received your return we will send you the new item immediately.
The return shipping is free of charge for you. To create a return label for the free return shipping You can always use our DHL returns portal at retoure.ricano.de at retoure.ricano.de. Here you simply enter your name and address and click on "Next" - now you can print the return bill created for you by By clicking on "Open and print PDF" and simply stick it on your return package on your return package. You can then easily drop off your return shipment at DHL parcel stores and DHL packing stations.
Please keep the DHL return receipt until you have received your payment refund or your exchange has been received. In the event of a delay or loss of the delivery the shipment, the tracking number on your receipt will help you track the package.
Refund of your payment
Our returns management is usually quick and uncomplicated. Your Refund within 1 - 2 business days after we have received your return we have received your return. However, if you have to wait longer for your Refund, please do not hesitate to contact us for a quick solution.
